- 2. refund policy : Refunds area availabel on return of merchandise, and only on condition of misrepresntation of item. Protect yourself by asking any and all questions before your purchase. We stand behind our products and will provide any further info or pictures you require. You may also phone us at 519-623-4050 for detailed information during our office hours 10-6pm. EST.
- 3. Exchange policy: We will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement within 30 days of purchase. There is no charge for this service, but all and any shipping fees are your expense. You may also exchange your items as a trade-in for claiming at a later date. Please call for details on trade-in policies.
- 4. Re-stocking fee on returns: These are at our discretion, and normally at 15% of item value, or $50 whichever is lower. In most cases this is waived.
